There is nothing to pay until your lease is agreed.
You can register, agree all the commercial terms on a lease and preview a draft version, all at no charge.
You pay once the lease is agreed, to unlock the final documents. If it isn't agreed, nobody pays anything: there are no abortive fees.
The parties can agree how to split the fee, so each of them pays all or part of it.
A fixed fee for each type of contract. Prices are per party when the fee is split equally.
£375.00 plus VAT per party
£750 + VAT per lease, split 50/50 or however the parties agree.

£390 + VAT per licence, split 50/50 or however the parties agree.
If either party instructs a solicitor, the solicitor charges separately.
