There is nothing to pay until you are ready to sign and complete your lease. You can register, agree all the commercial terms on a lease and preview a draft version, all at no charge.
When you are ready to complete, the fee split can be negotiated between the parties, so that each party can pay all or part of the total fee due.
We offer value for money services that take a fraction of the time that traditional methods of negotiating and completing commercial leases take.
